Data collected

We collect the minimum data necessary for site operation and commercial relations:

• Browsing (analytics)
  Vercel Analytics collects aggregated, anonymized browsing statistics (page views, country, device). No cookies are set, no personal data or persistent identifiers are stored.
• Contact form
  The contact form (Tally) collects information you voluntarily provide: name, email, link to your site or social media. This data is transmitted to our Notion database for relationship management.
• Technical cookies
  The site uses a language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) strictly necessary for operation. No advertising cookies are used.

Third-party processors

Your data may be processed by the following providers:

• Vercel Inc. — Hosting and anonymized analytics (USA)
• Tally — Contact forms (EU)
• Notion Labs Inc. — CRM database (USA)

These providers may process data outside Switzerland. In such cases, appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, certifications) are in place in accordance with the nFADP.

Data retention

Contact data is retained for 24 months after the last exchange. Browsing statistics (Vercel Analytics) are aggregated and retained according to Vercel's retention settings. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time.

Your rights

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data or request its restriction.
